Mother’s Day Powwow at Little Earth

This special gathering is an opportunity to honor the incredible mother figures in our lives, celebrate Native traditions, and strengthen our community. It will be a day filled with culture, connection, and gratitude, and we would love for you to be part of it.

Date: Saturday, May 8th, 2027
Location: Cedar Ave Field Park, 2500 Cedar Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404
Saturday, Grand Entries at 1 PM and 5 PM and a feast at 5PM

The powwow will feature traditional drumming, singing, and dancing, bringing together people of all ages to share in the beauty of our heritage. Whether you come to participate, watch, or simply enjoy the company of the community, you are welcome.

This event is a meaningful way to recognize the love, strength, and dedication of mothers while also celebrating the traditions that keep our culture thriving. We encourage you to bring your family and friends and experience this beautiful day together.
